The Registration Fees for the conference include:
Conference papers, admission to all sessions, free entrance to the commercial exhibition, refreshments during session breaks, lunches.

Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations must be sent in writing to BCA. For refunds, please state your full bank account details in the written cancellation. Cancellations received:
Before August 30th, 2009, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50 EUR. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after August 30th, 2009.

All payments must be received prior to the event.
